Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks related to materials handling, order picking, and inventory control. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced distribution center and contribute to the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform order picking using an order picker or pallet jack
  • Assist with shipping and receiving of products, including loading and unloading trucks, verifying shipments, and preparing shipping documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory in the warehouse management system.
  • Perform regular inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure that all products are properly stored and organized in the warehouse.
  • Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts.
  • Assist with packaging and labeling of products as needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure the efficient flow of materials and products.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations or related fields preferred.
  • Bilingual in English/Mandarin or English/Spanish is preferred.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control software.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training may be provided).
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.

Position Details:

  • Employment Type: Full Time
  • Monday ~ Friday: Day Shift 9:00 am -5:30 pm
  • Saturday occasionally

Compensation:

The pay range for this job is between $18.5 and $20 per hour. This is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
