Frozen Manager - Pay based on experience
Described below are the major duties and responsibilities of a Frozen Manager:
Sells and stocks frozen food items, receives, stores, stocks and merchandises frozen products, creates and builds promotional displays and endcaps, orders product, assists customers in locating merchandise and engages in suggestive selling, rotates product and ensures code date compliance, communicates with customers, associates and management in a polite and professional manner, cleans work areas as needed, supervises department to insure that sales goals, gross profit percent goals and distribution goals are met.
Requirements
• Knowledge of all aspects of grocery store operation, specifically Frozen
• Must be able to work a variety of shifts including nights and weekends
• Excellent communicate skills with vendors, customers and employees
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 lbs
• Must possess excellent communication skills (both oral and written), good leadership and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to get along with customers, vendors, suppliers and associates, and must be able to motivate and lead others
• Management experience preferred but not required
