What is a frozen associate?

Frozen Associates are retail employees responsible for managing and maintaining the frozen foods section in grocery stores or supermarkets. Their duties typically include stocking shelves, organizing products, checking for expired items, ensuring cleanliness, and assisting customers with inquiries about frozen goods.
