Vice President of Consumer Lending - Frontwave Credit Union (Oceanside, CA)

Type: Full Time

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience growing and managing a consumer loan portfolio within a financial institution or fintech environment.
  • Deep knowledge of auto lending, indirect lending, credit cards, unsecured lending, solar loans, and other secured consumer products.
  • The ability to balance loan growth, credit quality, member value, and financial performance.
  • Experience leading multi-channel lending operations and improving the member and employee experience.
  • Strong understanding of underwriting, credit risk, pricing, portfolio analytics, regulatory compliance, and lending operations.
  • Experience with loan origination systems, automated decision engines, and data-driven lending strategies.
  • A track record of developing people, building accountability, and leading collaborative, high-performing teams.
  • Strong executive presence, communication skills, and the ability to influence across the organization.
