Examples include nurses, teachers, retail associates, delivery drivers, and police officers. Their roles are essential for maintaining daily operations and providing critical services, especially during emergencies or crises.

Frontline workers often encounter high-pressure situations, such as managing demanding customer interactions or quickly adapting to changing priorities. Staying calm under stress, maintaining clear communication, and practicing effective time management are essential for success.
