Responsibilities include serving our frontline with the objective of driving growth of our people and of our business</span> while achieving and maintaining a World-Class sales center.  </div><div><strong>Key Job Responsibilities:</strong></div><div><strong>Mindsets & Behaviors</strong></div><div><span>Embrace, embody, and lead Direct Store Delivery Excellence (DSDE) practices and acts upon the vision and values or Bimbo Bakeries USA (BBU).</span></div><div><span>Exemplify the characteristics of BBU and its brands and extend those brand values through your daily activities, interactions, and leadership at the sales center.</span></div><div><span>Foster an atmosphere of continuous improvement to include the development of self, teams, and work processes that result in constructive change.</span></div><div><span> </span></div><div><strong>Roles & Responsibilities</strong></div><div><span>Support achievement zero workplace injuries by performing safety observations, hazardous condition, and near miss reporting. Observe all safety awareness programs.</span></div><div><span>Maintain and ensure compliance with Food and People Safety in alignment with Grupo Bimbo (GB) standards.</span></div><div><span>Consistently follow DSDE Playbook with emphasis on BBU Way to Operate and Leader Standard Work to achieve World-Class sales center.</span></div><div><span>Engage with frontline on a regular basis including order process, daily inventory, </span>distribution, merchandising, promotional activity, holiday planning, etc.</div><div>Assist in the recruiting, orientation, on-boarding of frontline, and weekly scheduling of merchandisers. </div><div><strong> </strong></div><div><strong>Selling & Operational Capabilities</strong></div><div>Support achievement of sales center DSDE Key Objectives and Results (DKORs) including Scan Based Trading, Product Accountability, and sales center review compliance, etc.</div><div><span>Lead effective and efficient receiving, order picking and shipping process to support sales growth.</span></div><div><span>Prepare point of sale (POS) material to be readily available for frontline, ensures proper POS inventory levels to support demands in the market. </span></div><div>Coach frontline on Intelligent Ordering Network (ION) best practices focused on order and distribution planning per the order management playbook.</div><div>Ensure communication of appropriate customer plans and team performance information to drive better execution in store.</div><div>Ensure fleet meets DSDE standards for safety (food and people), <span>brand decaling, and proper identification. </span></div><div>Review Department of Transportation (DOT) and Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIR) compliance.</div><div>Additional duties as assigned.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Key Behavioral Competencies:</strong></div><div>Ability to engage and coach frontline sales professionals and Independent Business Partners to pursue the BBU vision for growth.</div><div><span>Ability to adapt quickly to change, reduce deficiencies and maximize efficiency.</span></div><div>Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively while building trust with others.</div><div><span>Ability to lead by example, operate with a sense of urgency, and take initiative.</span></div><div><strong> </strong></div><div><strong>Education and Work History:</strong></div><div><span>Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred. </span></div><div><span>A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.</span></div><div><span>3 – 5 years of related experience in operations, customer relations or sales. </span></div><div><span>DSD, warehouse, distribution, and AS400 experience is a plus.</span></div><div><span>At least 6 months experience leading and influencing others.</span></div><div><span>Requires excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively negotiate and influence others.</span></div><div><span>Excellent organizational and planning skills.</span></div><div><span>Computer skills and proficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word are required.</span></div><div>M<span>ust have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.</span></div><div>Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical card.</div><div><span>Bilingual -
