Job Summary
The Front-End Supervisor supports front-end operations by assisting with daily oversight of customer service activities, transaction accuracy, and team performance. This role ensures front-end processes are followed and contributes to maintaining an efficient and customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily front-end operations to ensure efficient and accurate transaction processing
  • Assist with monitoring cash handling procedures and resolving minor discrepancies
  • Provide support and direction to front-end staff during daily operations
  • Ensure front-end areas are organized, clean, and operating efficiently
  • Assist in maintaining customer service standards and resolving customer issues
  • Support scheduling and workflow coordination for front-end staff
  • Help enforce company procedures and policies at the front-end
  • Communicate operational issues or concerns to management
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or front-end operations
  • Basic understanding of cash handling processes
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
