  • Maintain and expand on component libraries and design systems that ensure scale and re-use across our platforms and applications.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Support teams to ensure solutions are built with our customers in mind to solve problems.

How you'll measure success:

  • Skilled with Tailwind to make components beautiful.
  • Well-versed in TypeScript, using utilities and generics effectively.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end testing and best practices, Cypress preferred.
  • Experience with REST API endpoints and microservice architecture.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.

Skills that are nice to have:
  • Experience in TurboRepo/Nx.
  • Familiarity with SQL/PostgresSQL.
  • Understanding of Go.
  • Experience in healthcare or regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and secure system design.

Perks and benefits:

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage.
  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA).
  • Life / AD&D insurance.
  • 401(k) plan.
  • Paid vacation and company holidays.
  • Optional: Voluntary Life, Accident, and Critical Illness insurance.
  • Equity and bonus structure (subject to role).

Interview process:
  • We keep our hiring process straightforward and respectful of your time. It typically includes three stages:
  • Screening Interview - a short call to get to know each other and align on expectations
  • Technical Interview - a deeper dive into your technical skills, problem-solving, and approach to engineering
