Job description

The Software Engineer will support the various projects located in Cape Canaveral, Florida.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Design/development of Full Stack and front-end web development for specific program support.
  • Utilize Oracle software development including developing packages, stored procedures, triggers, functions, and indexes and Oracle front end development using Oracle Forms or APEX,
  • Will be embedded in an Agile Development Environment, using Agile Development and Collaboration tools (JIRA).
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED:
This position has been posted at multiple levels (must meet minimum level indicated). Depending on the candidate's experience, requirements, and business needs, we reserve the right to consider candidates at any level for which this position has been advertised.
  • This position requires a full Secret Clearance to start with ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret Clearance.
  • Must have a bachelor's degree .
  • Your degree must be in a STEM field.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 or more years of recent and related work experience.
  • Full stack or front-end web development experience (HTML, CSS, JS, PL/SQL).
  • Experience with Oracle software development including developing packages, stored procedures, triggers, functions, and indexes.
  • Experience with Oracle front end development using Oracle Forms or APEX.
  • Experience programming in Python.
  • Experience with Agile Development and Collaboration tools (JIRA).

DESIRED:
  • Recognized certification CompTIA Security +
  • Experience working with parquet and Time Series data design/storage.
  • Experience with Digital Engineering (MBSE, Digital Twins, etc.).
  • Experience with Windows and/or Linux environments.
  • Experience with version control software.
  • Excellent project documentation and communication skills.

WORK LOCATION:
  • This position is located onsite; some travel may be required.
  • Schedules are subject to change based on the requirements of the position and/or customer needs.

BACKGROUND INVESTIGATIONS REQUIRED:
