Job description

Join a high-performing Global Markets technology team developing and enhancing front-office applications that support fixed income trading activities. This role offers the opportunity to work across the full software development lifecycle while partnering closely with traders, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver critical business solutions. Client Details Our client is a leading global financial institution with a strong presence in capital markets, serving clients across rates, FX, equities, securities lending, and credit products. Their technology teams build and support sophisticated trading platforms used by business units worldwide, fostering a collaborative and agile development environment. Description Design, develop, and implement new features and enhancements for front-office trading applications. * Partner with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver business-driven solutions. * Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. * Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and application specifications. * Provide application support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve system performance and reliability. * Collaborate with global technology teams supporting electronic trading, booking, pricing, and reporting solutions across fixed income products. Profile 10+ years of professional software development experience. * Strong expertise in C#/.NET development. * Experience working within Agile environments using methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and tools such as JIRA. * Proven ability to analyze complex requirements and deliver effective technical solutions. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. * Experience supporting front-office trading environments. * Knowledge of fixed income products, interest rate derivatives, trading workflows, and risk management processes. * Location: Midtown Manhattan, New York. * Hybrid work schedule: 3 days per week in the office.
