Job description

Happy Teeth Dentistry is seeking an enthusiastic front-office associate/dental assistant. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, both on the phone and face-to-face. You will provide administrative support across the organization. We are looking for someone with an upbeat personality who enjoys interacting with people.


Job Duties Include:


Greet patients with a smile and welcome them to our office

Call insurance companies to help patients understand their benefits

Answer, screen, and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed

Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments

Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, cleaning, etc.

Cross-training is available to learn how to become a dental assistant


Requirements:


Great customer service

Professional appearance

Solid communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise

Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure

High school degree


Previous work experience in similar roles is a PLUS!
