As a Front of House Support team member, you will play a crucial role in delivering a welcoming and seamless experience to guests. Working within a medium-sized team of 6-15 people and reporting to the General Manager, you will manage the host stand, coordinate waitlists, and facilitate communication between the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth dining operations without travel requirements. Proficiency with POS software and strong customer service skills are essential for success.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome customers promptly and courteously
  • Handle incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
  • Host and manage the front of house host stand and waitlist
  • Serve as FOH expo, ensuring order accuracy, presentation, and completeness
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate service
  • Bus and reset tables to maintain readiness for guests
  • Keep the dining room clean, organized, and inviting
