Salary Range: $55- $60 an hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Frontend/UI Developer with strong expertise in building scalable and modular web applications using ReactJS and TypeScript. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in micro-frontend architecture using Module Federation and integrating backend services through REST APIs. Exposure to Backstage developer platform is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain scalable, reusable UI components using ReactJS and TypeScript
  • Implement and manage Micro-Frontend architecture using Module Federation
  • Integrate and extend Backstage plugins and components for developer experience platforms
  • Design, consume, and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services
  • Collaborate with backend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
  • Work with Azure API Management (APIM) for API lifecycle management and integration
  • Contribute to infrastructure and deployment pipelines using Terraform (basic to intermediate level)
  • Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best practices
  • Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions

Essential Skills:
  • 8+ years of experience in frontend/UI development
  • Strong proficiency in ReactJS and JavaScript (TypeScript preferred)
  • Experience in Micro-Frontend architecture using Module Federation
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integration patterns
  • Experience working with API-driven architectures
  • Exposure to Backstage (highly desirable)
  • Familiarity with Azure API Management (APIM)
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Terraform
  • Experience working in agile, collaborative environments

Good to Have:
  • Experience with enterprise platforms like TCS BaNCS (if applicable to domain)
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
