Job description

The Manager on Duty will supervise all front-end staff and perform administrative tasks assigned by the store manager. The MOD will close the store on some nights and ensure we are ready for opening.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
ยท Oversee the daily workflow of the front-end staff.
ยท Lead the store in all corporate assigned programs and policies.
ยท Recommends discipline and termination of employees by partnering with their Store Management as needed and in accordance with policy.
Duties/Responsibilities:
ยท Ensures consistent, efficient, pleasant customer experiences; resolves any customer service issues, complaints, or requests.
ยท Assist with all closing and opening duties to ensure the store is ready for business.
ยท Continually trains and supports front-end staff and cash office procedures.
ยท Maintain safety, cleanliness, and attractiveness of the front-end, bathrooms and parking lot.
ยท Ensures all front-end supplies and Ice are full.
ยท Performs other related duties as required.
