Huntington Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram Hyundai Genesis is seeking an experienced, motivated,
and customer-focused Front End Manager to join our leadership team.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor, Assistant
Service Manager, or Service Manager looking to advance their career with a high-volume,
family-owned dealership that values leadership, accountability, and exceptional customer
service.


As our Front End Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our front-line service team,
including our Service Advisors, Valets, and Porters. You will be responsible for ensuring an
exceptional customer experience, developing employees, maintaining efficient workflow,
resolving customer concerns, and helping the department achieve its performance goals.

Responsibilities


Lead, coach, mentor, and develop the Service Advisor team.
Supervise the daily operations of the Valet and Porter teams, ensuring a smooth and

Monitor Service Advisor performance, productivity, CSI, and sales effectiveness.
Ensure repair orders are written accurately, completely, and in accordance with
dealership and manufacturer standards.

Work closely with the Service Manager, Dispatch, Warranty Administrator, Parts
Department, and Technician teams to maximize workflow and shop efficiency.
Maintain efficient appointment flow and ensure customers receive timely communication
throughout the repair process.
Assist with hiring, onboarding, coaching, and developing Service Advisors, Valets, and
Porters.
Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability, customer satisfaction,
and continuous improvement.
Help the department achieve sales, gross profit, customer satisfaction, and retention
goals.
Ensure dealership policies and procedures are consistently followed.
Qualifications
Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience required.
Previous dealership management or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Experience with Dealertrack DMS is a plus.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Valid driver's license required.
Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
