MHX, LLC is looking for a self-motivated, skilled, and safety-conscious Fuel Loader to join our team in Fontana, CA. The Fuel Loader loads fuel onto trucks and other vehicles safely and efficiently. This is a crucial position in our operations. The work is performed in an industrial yard environment. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined with basic mechanical knowledge of pumps and valve operations and has prior fuel loading experience.   • Operate fuel loading equipment, including pumps, hoses, and valves, to load fuel onto trucks and other vehicles
  • Maintain accurate records of fuel loading and delivery
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and spills
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient fuel loading and delivery
  • Communicate effectively with drivers and other personnel to ensure smooth operations
  • Participate in ongoing training to maintain and improve skills
  • Oversee operations and equipment for deviations
  • Address and report hazardous situations, and ensure compliance with our safety and environmental policies and procedures
  • Accountable for accurate movement of refined petroleum products from rail car to tank storage and from tank storage to the truck bays
  • Maintain terminal equipment through the application of preventative maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Perform daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual inspections
  • Maintain a high-level of tidiness and organization for terminal grounds and equipment (including terminal truck bays, rail spur and tank farm)
  • Lubricates and repacks valves; lubricates pumps; replaces gaskets and seals; corrects pumping equipment misalignment; cleans strainers and filter; services filter air separators and checks meters for correct delivery and calibration.
  • Maintain physical inventory and other information by computer and when necessary, by climbing and gauging tanks and sampling product.
  • Conduct movement of railcars using a rail mover within the facility.
