Establishing clear documentation, regular check-ins, and shared tools can help bridge gaps and promote a more seamless workflow.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Front End Developer, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Front End Developer, you need strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, often supported by a degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
