The Duquesne Club is among the most recognized private city clubs in the United States and internationally. We provide our members and guests with social, business, and recreational experiences marked by superior service and exceptional personal attention. We are currently seeking a dedicated, career-driven FRONT OFFICE DOOR ATTENDANT to join our talented team in delivering extraordinary experiences to our members.


Position Summary:

The Overnight Front Office Door Attendant will be stationed at the Front Door to welcome all members/guests. The Front Door Attendant will be available to ensure members follow Club rules, answer any inquiries and provide directions inside/outside the Club. Front Door Attendant is also responsible for maintaining safety and security protocols handling emergency situations such as fire alarms, medical emergencies, etc. Front Door Attendant may assist other departments within the Club. May be required to perform any related duty as directed by management. The candidate will work 2 -4 nights/week based on business demands from 11:00 pm - 7:00 am.


REQUIREMENTS

Self-motivated and takes initiatives.

Ability to multi-task.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to read, write and verbally communicate effectively and professionally.

Ability to actively listen and respond to requests in a professional, effective and efficient manner.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to sit or stand for the entire shift as well as bend, stoop, reach, twist.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds and push and pull equipment.

Ability to withstand various degrees of temperatures during shift.

Ability to recall member’s names to personalize the service.

Follow all policies and procedures.

Attending meetings as assigned.
