Job description

The Spa & Pool Front Desk Associate serves as the first point of contact for guests visiting the spa, salon, and pool facilities. This role includes booking appointments, checking in guests, retail sales, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This position requires excellent customer service skills, flexibility, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, professional service
  • Provide accurate information regarding spa, salon, and pool offerings, including pricing and promotions
  • Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries
  • Schedule, modify, and cancel appointments using reservation software
  • Check guests in and out for spa and salon services, ensuring smooth and timely transitions
  • Handle guest concerns with poise and escalate issues as needed
  • Process payments for services and retail purchases
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, spa boutique, pool deck, and guest areas
  • Restock retail displays, spa amenities, and towels
  • Assist with additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management
