Job description

Esplanade Golf and Country Club in beautiful Naples, Florida, is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of a Spa Front Desk Associate. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon.
Key Responsibilities of the Front Desk Agent:
  • Accurately posts all charges to guest's bills.
  • Checks all guests in and out of the resort based on established procedures.
  • Promotes activities and special events the facilities.
  • Provides accurate and complete information about the resort and the surrounding area.
  • Answers guest questions and provides directions.
  • Accountable for all cash, checks and credit card receipts.
  • Accountable for all printed folios and required supporting paperwork.
  • Activates the appropriate emergency procedures in the event of a fire, accident, weather or medical emergency.
  • Assists with faxing, copying and message taking duties.
  • Promptly answers the phone and direct calls to the appropriate location.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications for the Front Desk Agent:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of lodging system application.
