Job description

New Manufacturing facility in Fort Worth (Alliance Area) is seeking dynamic and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join their team! This vital role combines front desk responsibilities with comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be energetic, highly organized, and possess excellent communication and computer skills. Will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients while managing a variety of clerical tasks that keep our office running efficiently. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise in a fast-paced environment with opportunity to advance.

Duties:

  • Greeting visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, providing professional and friendly front desk service
  • Manage phone system, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette
  • Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of information
  • Handle correspondence via email, Inventory and Point of Sale reports with precision and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, teams, and productivity software.
  • Excellent computer literacy including data entry, document proofreading, and file management
  • Bilingual abilities a plus
  • Other duties may be assigned

Requirements:

  • Must have high school diploma or GED with good computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Must have at least one to two years of RECENT experience in a Receptionist / Admin position.
  • Must always be and look professional to help in greeting visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, providing professional and friendly front desk service
  • Manufacturing background is a big plus.
