Spa Attendants/Receptionist supports both the operational flow of the spa and the guest facing front desk. This position ensures a serene, well-maintained environment while delivering warm, attentive service aligned with Hyatt's Purpose of Care. 
Key-Responsibilities 

  • Spa Environment Care - Maintain cleanliness and organization in treatment rooms, relaxation areas, locker rooms, and common space
    Stocking & Inventory Support - Replenish linens, amenities, beverages, and supplies; assist with product inventory

  • Therapist Assistance - Prepare rooms, support service flow, and respond to operational needs
  • Front Desk Reception - Greet guests, check them in/out, provide spa orientation, and ensure a welcoming arrival experience
  • Appointment Scheduling - Answer calls, manage bookings, modify reservations, and coordinate service timing
    Clerical & Administrative Tasks - Process payments, handle guest records, manage daily logs, and support spa leadership with basic admin tasks
