Chrysalis Psychiatry is a growing outpatient mental health practice in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We offer a variety of mental health services including medication management and interventional treatments for PTSD, depression, and other mental illnesses. We are looking a for hard working and empathetic individual to join our team as a TMS Technician. In this vital role, you will help ensure smooth clinic operations and deliver supportive, high-quality care experiences for our patients. If you are passionate about mental health, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to apply. Previous experience in mental healthcare preferred but not required. We will provide training.


TMS Technician Job Responsibilities:

Administer TMS treatments according to specific physician protocols. Set up the TMS medical device and monitor all aspects of the treatment sessions for patient comfort and treatment accuracy.

Provide good communication with the physician and other members of the team

Provide excellent patient care and treat patients with compassion while developing trust and rapport. Provide support, reflective listening, and compassion to patients struggling with depression and/or anxiety.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with patient comfort, coil contact, and TMS system setup throughout treatment.

Administer psychiatric rating scales and counsel patients on completion of scales.

Record session notes, track insurance authorizations, and schedule patient visits using medical scheduling software.
