Schedule: Mix of weekday evening shifts (5 PM – 8 PM) and every other weekend (10:30 AM – 6 PM).

Responsibilities Front Desk Receptionist:
  • Answer and manage the central phone system, directing calls appropriately
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring proper screening procedures
  • Perform routine clerical, administrative, and data entry tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and support general office operations
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Manage accounts payable and resident trust funds
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of resident and facility information
