We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk receptionist to join our team. MUST HAVE DENTAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE. The ideal front desk candidate will know Open Dental, provide exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations in a dental setting. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in dental reception is a absolute MUST.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, directing inquiries appropriately and providing information as needed.
  • Check patients out after treatment.
  • Able to deal with insurance authorization etc.
