We are looking for a dependable Medical Front Desk Specialist to support daily patient-facing operations in Jupiter, Florida. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming experience while keeping scheduling, check-in, and front office activities organized and accurate. The person in this role will serve as an important first point of contact for patients and help maintain smooth communication between visitors, providers, and administrative staff.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome patients and visitors professionally, creating a positive and organized front office experience from arrival through departure.
• Coordinate appointment calendars by arranging, confirming, and adjusting patient visits based on provider availability and office needs.
• Manage patient check-in processes by verifying demographic details, collecting required information, and preparing records for upcoming appointments.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to routine front desk inquiries with clear communication and timely follow-up.
• Maintain accurate front office documentation and update patient information in office systems while supporting day-to-day administrative workflows.
• Assist with general receptionist tasks such as directing visitors, handling messages, and ensuring the reception area remains orderly and presentable.
• Communicate effectively with clinical and administrative team members to help keep patient flow efficient throughout the day.• Experience working in a medical front office, healthcare reception, or similar patient-facing administrative setting.
