Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Front Desk Manager who will be responsible for managing front desk operations with a strong focus on patient experience and satisfaction. Key responsibilities include greeting patients, answering phones, checking patients in and out, taking payments, and updating medical records.
Responsibilities / Job Duties
  • Greeting patients as they walk in and acting as the face of the office.
  • Focusing on patient experience and satisfaction, circulating the waiting room to build rapport with patients and ensure they have everything they need.
  • Answering phones.
  • Checking patients in and out, with the office seeing about 65-75 patients per day.
  • Taking payments.
  • Performing light medical records tasks like updating patient demographics.
  • Using the EPIC EMR system.
  • Making outbound calls to patients after their visit to check in and see how their visit was.

Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements
Qualifications
  • 2-3+ years of face-to-face customer service experience.
  • 1 year of medical administrative experience, including scheduling, registration, and front office management.
  • Good customer service skills.

Experience
  • Experience with EPIC is preferred.
  • Imaging/Radiology experience is preferred.

Schedule / Shift
  • Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5pm
