Beso Del Sol Resort Front Desk Guest Services Agent

Beso Del Sol Resort is a charming boutique property seeking a dedicated Part Time (3 days in week) Front Desk Guest Services Agent to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our guests experience the highest standard of hospitality, whether staying for weekend. The position involves working directly with guests, providing excellent service, and coordinating with other departments to maintain our resort's high standards.

Schedule:

  • Must work weekends (Saturday, Sunday)
  • You may work 24 hours - we will work with you

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and serve guests with warmth and friendliness, in person and over the phone, ensuring a memorable stay.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest service standards are met and room occupancy is optimized.
  • Handle guest issues, providing resolutions in a professional and timely manner.
  • Promote a positive team environment through effective communication with guests and staff.
  • Multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements:
