Job description

We are a year round, outdoor Olympic-sized pool located in a suburban neighborhood in South Austin near Slaughter Lane and Mopac. Paid training provided. If you would like to work in a fun environment with pay starting at $17/hour and flexible scheduling, apply today! Positions fill up quickly.
Currently we are only hiring for applicants who can work weekday mornings and afternoons. This is a part-time position for 4-12 hours per week. Available hours will increase over the Summer.


Weekday shift times are 5:30am-9:45am and 3:30pm-8pm.


The Front Desk/Customer Service representative is the first impression for our residents as they enter one of our facilities. To be considered for this position, an applicant must have the following qualities:

  • Must be 18 or older
  • Arrives on time for every scheduled shift
  • Able to take both written and verbal instructions
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Google Suite
  • High-School graduate
  • 0-1 yrs Customer service experience (preferred)
  • Experience in an office setting (preferred)
  • Responds promptly to work-related communications
  • Reacts quickly in emergency situations and follow instructions exactly
  • Able to work outdoors and perform physical requirements of the position, including bending and pulling/lifting up to 50lbs, sitting for extended periods, using fingers for fine motor skills, listening for emergency communications.
Work environment is mostly indoors in an office setting, with required tasks including working outdoors and around the pool edge.


Shifts vary and can include mornings and/or afternoons.
Scheduling is flexible and based off of YOUR availability.
Employees receive membership to all of our Aquatics Facilities.
