DirectPath Recruiting Services is partnering with a growing technology and manufacturing organization to identify a Front Desk Coordinator / Administrative Assistant. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, vendors, and employees while supporting a variety of administrative and office operations functions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional, customer-focused individual with experience in reception, office administration, customer service, or administrative support. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.

• Welcome and assist visitors, customers, vendors, and guests in a professional manner.

• Manage visitor sign-in procedures and maintain visitor access logs.

• Provide information, directions, and assistance to callers and visitors.

• Coordinate conference room schedules and meeting space reservations.

• Retrieve and distribute voicemail messages to appropriate personnel.

• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.

• Manage office supply inventory and coordinate replenishment as needed.

• Coordinate service requests related to office telecommunications systems.

• Perform data entry and administrative support duties.

• Assist with electronic signage updates and other office projects.

• Support daily office operations and additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
