Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Associate to join our team! As the Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will greet customers as they arrive, direct them appropriately, answer phone calls, emails and maintain the front desk area. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking. If youโ€™re a โ€œpeople personโ€ with a passion for gymnastics, we want to hear from you! We are needing Saturday Mornings, in addition to two afternoons during the week. This position is approximately 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

Welcome guests and prospective members

Provide tours for prospective members

Respond to inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email

Maintain a clean and organized lobby and front desk area

Accurately record client information and accept payments

Schedule classes and appointments

Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence

Ensure gym rules and systems are followed

Some cleaning of lobby and bathroom areas

Qualifications:

Friendly and professional disposition

Two or more years of customer service, receptionist, or front desk experience is preferred

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong work ethic

Familiar with computers, spreadsheets, and scheduling software

Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
