Front Desk Agent

Gamble Sands is excited to announce an exceptional career opportunity for a Front Desk Agent. If you thrive in a hospitality environment and are passionate about delivering outstanding guest service, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately posts all charges to guest's bills.
  • Checks all guests in and out of the resort based on established procedures.
  • Promotes activities and special events the facilities.
  • Provides accurate and complete information about the resort and the surrounding area.
  • Answers guest questions and provides directions.
  • Accountable for all cash, checks and credit card receipts.
  • Accountable for all printed folios and required supporting paperwork.
  • Activates the appropriate emergency procedures in the event of a fire, accident, weather or medical emergency.
  • Assists with faxing, copying and message taking duties.
  • Promptly answers the phone and direct calls to the appropriate location.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Compensation: $17.50 - $18.50 Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of lodging system application.
