Front Desk Associate/Receptionist

Spavia Natick is seeking a positive, friendly, Front Desk Associate to join our team of skilled professionals! We are an independently owned and operated luxury day spa located in Natick, MA. We are always striving to deliver an exceptional experience our guests can't live without, and we couldn't do it without our fabulous guest advisor team! Starting pay is $18.00/hr based on experience. Currently we are looking for 2 days a week, Friday evening and Sunday morning (16 hours). Please note, a weekend shift is required.


Spavia guests enjoy luxurious spa amenities along with a full variety of award-winning treatments. We provide a full variety of massage, skin care, full body waxing, and body wraps/scrubs! We strive to provide an exceptional experience for every guest, every visit.


As a Guest Advisor, you are the face of our spa, and you are key to making sure our guests have an exceptional experience and feel taken care of. Guest Advisors portray a polished and professional demeanor at all times. Guest Advisors are friendly, courteous, and go above and beyond so each guest feels as if they're a guest in our home.

Some specific tasks include, but are not limited to: taking reservations, welcoming guests, checking them in and out, maintaining a beautiful spa, selling products in the boutique, and selling the membership that best meets our guests' needs, to achieve each guest's optimal results.
