Location: Snowmass Club | Snowmass Village, CO
Reports To: Residences Director
Supervises: None
Classification: Non-Exempt

What Youโ€™ll Do

Leadership & Hospitality

  • Promote a positive work culture and encourage teamwork
  • Demonstrate professionalism and serve as a role model for exceptional hospitality standards
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues to help ensure consistent guest service
  • Lead by example by anticipating guest needs and resolving concerns professionally
  • Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality when handling guest and member information

Guest Services & Front Desk Operations

  • Register owners and guests while providing a warm, personalized welcome
  • Accommodate special requests whenever possible while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Monitor room status information and communicate updates to the appropriate departments
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering regarding check-outs, late check-outs, early check-ins, special requests, and part-day rooms
  • Complete final inspections of residences to ensure units are clean, properly prepared, and all items are in working order
  • Maintain knowledge of residence locations, parking options, room types, club facilities, and amenities
  • Assist with pre-arrival preparations to ensure residences and amenities are ready for occupancy

Technology & Front Desk Systems

  • Operate the room key system and front-office equipment, including telephones, printers, and computer systems
  • Follow proper credit, cash, checking, and cash-handling policies and procedures
  • Process mail, packages, and messages accurately and efficiently
  • Follow proper telephone etiquette, including a professional tone, clear communication, and prompt responses
  • Operate and troubleshoot guest-use equipment, including PlayStation and Xbox consoles, arcade games, shuffleboard, air hockey tables, vending machines, and other recreational equipment
  • Assist members and guests with equipment questions or issues as needed
  • Follow established procedures for issuing and closing safe deposit boxes

Guest Experience & Club Knowledge

  • Maintain current knowledge of daily club activities, events, and meetings
  • Provide accurate information regarding club facilities, amenities, services, and activities
  • Use suggestive selling techniques to promote club services and enhance the guest experience
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive recommendations to improve their overall experience
  • Report unusual occurrences, concerns, or special requests to the Residences Director

Communication & Teamwork

  • Communicate effectively with all Club departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
  • Work closely with Golf, Tennis, Restaurants, Spa & Fitness, Accounting, Human Resources, Housekeeping, Engineering, Bell Stand, Concierge, Marketing and Communications, and other departments
  • Maintain strong communication between departments regarding guest needs, residence status, and special requests
  • Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the front desk and lobby areas
  • Conduct regular visual checks and coordinate with Housekeeping or Engineering when additional attention is needed

Safety & Additional Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate knowledge of and ability to perform required roles during emergency situations
  • Perform other appropriate tasks as assigned by the Residences Training and Development Specialist or Residences Director
  • Provide proactive recommendations to the Residences Director and management for improving guest experiences and front desk operations
