POSITION SUMMARY
The Front Desk Associate serves as a company's first contact with guests and potential guests. The Front Desk Associate is responsible for providing exceptional guest service, answering telephone calls in a timely manner and in a professional tone. The Associate will possess current knowledge of the geographical area surrounding the Legends Resort. Have accessible information to offer guests on things to do in the Myrtle Beach area.
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Must have exceptional guest service skills.
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, positive attitude and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to perform a wide variety of tasks during busy, sometimes stressful times.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays and evenings with a positive, enthusiastic outlook.
  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Ability to understand and effectively carry out oral and written instructions.
  • Must be organized, efficient and detail-oriented.
  • Must be financially responsible and able to accurately execute and maintain financial transactions and records.
  • Must have the ability to exercise good sound independent judgment in assessing situations and making decisions.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with fellow staff members and the public in a courteous and tactful manner.
  • Ability to work in a safe manner and be safety minded.
  • Possession of and ability to maintain a valid driver's license.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
