Part-Time Front Desk Agent - Courtyard by Marriott Vacaville
Courtyard by Marriott Vacaville is looking for a friendly, dependable, and guest-focused Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our team. The Front Desk Agent plays an important role in creating a welcoming experience for our guests from arrival through departure.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
  • Complete guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with reservations, room assignments, payments, and guest requests.
  • Answer phone calls and provide information about the hotel, amenities, and local area.
  • Respond to guest questions or concerns and help resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments regarding guest needs.
