Position Overview

We are seeking a Full-Time Remote Customer Service and Administrative Assistant to support the Business Development and Operations teams. This long-term position is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy professional who enjoys working independently while collaborating remotely across multiple teams. You'll manage customer communication and coordination through Zoho tools, including Zoho Desk, CRM, and other Zoho Business apps, and provide administrative and organizational support to streamline business operations. A key part of your role will also include assisting in SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) development for customer service and administrative processes to help improve efficiency and consistency across the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service & Communication
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and Zoho Desk ticketing system.
  • Maintain a professional, empathetic tone in all customer interactions.
  • Manage and update CRM records in Zoho CRM and ensure data accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Technical Support) to resolve customer issues.
  • Track and report performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and satisfaction score.
  • Administrative & Business Development Support
  • Provide administrative assistance for sales, logistics, and business development activities.
  • Prepare and format quotes, proposals, and follow-up emails.
  • Support the development and documentation of SOPs for Customer Service and other administrative workflows.
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, follow-ups, and task assignments.
  • Maintain shared folders, trackers, and digital files across Zoho WorkDrive and related tools.
  • Assist in generating weekly or monthly activity reports, KPIs, and dashboards in Zoho Analytics.
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or administrative coordination roles. Proven experience with business tools such as Zoho tools (Zoho Desk, CRM, WorkDrive, Projects, or Analytics). Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-through abilities. Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Ability to coordinate tasks and communications across multiple time zones. Bonus: degree in Business Administration or related field. Bonus: Familiarity with e-mobility, consumer electronics, or clean-tech industries.
