These positions have a starting pay of $20/HR + incentive and the average associate in this position earns $60,000.00 annually while our top performers make about $70,000.00 annually. Full Time Night Shift: 5:00 PM Order Selector & 7:00 PM Loader 5 nights per week & 2 consecutive nights off

Reads customer orders, verifies inventory, and pulls items from shelves or bins. Essential duties include:

• Preparing orders for packing and shipping
• Reading production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed
• Conveying materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas
• Filling requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributing items to production workers or assembly line
• Assembling customer orders from stock and placing orders on pallets or shelves or conveying orders to packing station or shipping department
• Marking materials with identifying information
• Opening bales, crates, and other containers
• Recording amounts of materials or items distributed
• Weighing or counting items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards
• Compiling worksheets or tickets from customer specifications
• Driving vehicle to transport stored items from warehouse to plant or to pick up items from several locations for shipment
• Preparing parcels for mailing
• Maintaining inventory records
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Fluency in English; speak, read, and write
• Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers
• Ability to print simple sentences
• Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
• Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions
• Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables
• Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to work in various temperature controlled zones ranging from -5 F to ambient temperature

Physical Demands:

• Ability to communicate when necessary to complete duties
• Ability to reach and handle objects, tools, or controls
• Occasionally climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
