The company offers onsite custom design, as well as jewelry and watch repair ensuring that all work is completed in-house. Long Jewelers features renowned ideal-cut diamonds from vendors around the world.

Role Description The Sales Floor Associate is a full-time, on-site role based at the Virginia Beach, VA showroom. This role involves welcoming customers, actively engaging with them on the sales floor, and providing knowledgeable guidance on designer jewelry, watches, and diamonds. The associate supports customers through the entire sales process, including product education, selection, sizing, and service follow-up. Daily responsibilities include maintaining merchandise displays, ensuring a clean and inviting showroom, processing transactions, and assisting with special orders and repairs. The role also requires collaborating with team members to meet sales goals and uphold Long Jewelers’ standards of service, professionalism, and integrity.


Qualifications
