We are rapidly growing and expanding our professional arborist group. If you enjoy an adrenaline rush, we want to talk to you about a role involving pruning and tree climbing.
What does a Tree Pruner do?
  • Assist in completing pruning work on client properties. Including but not limited to, Tree Pruning, Tree Removal, Shrub pruning, Mulch installation, and Stump grinding.
  • Work in a team environment as well as efficiently on your own
  • Operate small engine equipment: chain saws, shears, string trimmer, etc.
  • Communicate with clients regarding process and expectations of services needed and performed.

Requirements
Forestry, or related fields is a plus, as is industry experience. However, if you have a willingness to learn, both on the job and at home, we have a training program in place that will help you acquire the skills needed to succeed in this industry. Other necessities needed to carry out this type of work are:
  • Good physical ability
  • Respect of safety/heights
  • Be a team player
  • Ability to to work in all weather conditions
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Ability to push and pull objects while walking 3 miles a day or more
  • Ability to climb and work aloft
  • Ability to obtain DOT certification
  • Valid driver's license required
