What are some common challenges when working remotely as part of a trapeze performance group?

Working remotely as a member of a trapeze group presents unique challenges, such as coordinating training schedules across different locations and maintaining strong communication for safety and choreography alignment. Since in-person practice is essential for trust and timing, remote team members often need to rely on virtual meetings, video reviews, and occasional travel for group rehearsals. Building rapport and synchronizing complex routines can require extra effort compared to in-person teams, but clear communication and shared digital resources can help bridge the gap and ensure everyone is performance-ready.
