No experience? No problem. We provide paid training, ongoing support, and opportunities to grow.

What You'll Do

As a Behavior Support Specialist (also known as a Direct Support Professional), you'll work in one of our group homes located throughout Wichita, helping individuals with daily living and personal goals.

You will:

  • Support adults with disabilities and behavioral challenges in everyday activities
  • Teach and encourage life skills that promote independence and confidence
  • Assist with personal care, hygiene, and basic household tasks
  • Build meaningful relationships through conversation, activities, and outings
  • Participate in fun, community-based activities like local sporting events, Botanica Gardens, and holiday celebrations

  • 2nd Shift: $17.25โ€“$18.25/hr
