Description
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Solar Laborers for projects located in the Denver, CO area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $23/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Solar Laborer eager to grow and learn in the trades alongside the best Craft Professionals in the industry, this is your chance to further your career!
Job Scope:
  • Install, wire, and terminate solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, inverters, combiner boxes, disconnects, and associated electrical equipment
  • Run and bend EMT, rigid, and PVC conduit to support solar installations
  • Pull wire, make terminations, and perform electrical connections according to plans and specifications
  • Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and site drawings
  • Assist with testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting solar systems to ensure peak performance
  • Install grounding and bonding systems in accordance with NEC requirements
  • Work with transformers, switchgear, battery storage systems, and medium-voltage equipment depending on project scope
  • Ensure all work is completed safely while adhering to OSHA standards and electrical codes
  • Collaborate with project teams to meet production schedules and quality expectations

Requirements
  • 1+ year of solar experience is preferred
  • Standard PPE
  • Basic hand tools
