Masters Roofing and Masters Exteriors are looking for full-time Sales Representatives to join our team.
The ideal candidates will be experienced in exterior home improvement sales with a proven track record.
Applicant must have a positive attitude and committed to providing our customers with the best service and installations possible.
Long term candidates only.
Leads Provided For:
• CertainTeed Shingles, TPO and Metal Roofing
• James Hardie and Wood Siding
• Simonton Windows
Job Requirements:
• Integrity, Positive Attitude, Team Player, Professional Appearance.
• On time to professionally attend scheduled appointments.
• Ability to generate accurate project proposals.
• Computer Skills: Scheduling program, Word and Excel.
• Strong communication skills, able to provide a professional sales presentation.
• Smart phone required.
• Valid Drivers License with good driving record.
• CRM and Social Media experience a plus!
Compensation:
Commission with monthly and yearly bonuses
Base salary negotiable
401k Retirement and Health Care programs available
Fuel allowance available
Company Vehicle available as incentive to preforming sales representatives
