Mozaic (A Chapter of The Arc NY) is hiring for a Sewing Machine Operator!
Are you ready to put your skills to work in a role that makes a real impact? Join our team as a Sewing Machine Operator and help create high-quality textile products that support meaningful outcomes for our customers and community.
As a Sewing Machine Operator, you'll work with commercial sewing machines to produce top-tier textile goods with precision, care, and efficiency. You'll be part of a dynamic team, ensuring every stitch meets our standards for quality and customer satisfaction. In addition to sewing, you'll assist with other production tasks such as trimming threads, folding, bagging, tagging, and boxing-keeping pace with customer demand and production goals.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining and setting up sewing machines, monitoring oil levels, and reporting any safety or performance issues promptly. You'll also be cross-trained to support other areas of production as needed, making you a versatile and valued team member.
