Full-Time Home Care Admin Nurse / RN

Addus Homecare / A-Plus is urgently hiring โ€“ Full-Time Home Care Admin Nurse / RN.

We are seeking an RN to provide nursing support to clients within our agency. This role is critical to meeting current care plan requirements, completing home visits and ensuring our clients can safely remain with our services. The Registered Nurse performs assessments and simple medical nursing procedures in client's homes. RNs can help with supervisory visits as well as evaluations.

Location: A-Plus HealthCare 1310 S Main Street Kalispell, MT 59901

Schedule: Monday - Friday 40 hours

Responsibilities and duties include:

  • Medication set-ups and reviews
  • Skin assessments and general health evaluations

  • Perform routine supervisory visits
  • Follow up for unskilled services
  • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality at all times due to access to sensitive information.
  • Maintain regular, predictable, consistent attendance and is flexible to meet the needs of the agency.
  • Follow all Medicaid and HIPAA regulations and requirements.
  • Abide by all regulations, policies, procedures and standards.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Position requirements & competencies:

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • New nurses welcome, will train!
  • Ability to make home visits and provide nursing care in the home environment
  • No weight restrictions
  • Home care experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Must have reliable transportation, current driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance; or ability to take public transportation
  • Ability to complete necessary documentation appropriately, legibly, and timely
  • Interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills necessary to complete job responsibilities
