Open Positions & Department Requirements1. Intensive Care Unit (ICU) RN – Night Shift (NOC)
  • Experience Baseline: Minimum of two (2) years of dedicated, high-acuity ICU clinical experience required.

  • Core Competencies: Expert critical thinking, advanced hemodynamic monitoring, mechanical ventilation management, and crisis stabilization.

2. Newborn Nursery Level 2 RN – Night Shift (NOC)
  • Required Certifications: Active BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications.

  • Experience Preferences: Two or more (2+) years of Special Care Nursery (SCN) or Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) clinical experience is highly preferred.

  • Core Competencies: Specialized care for stable premature infants, neonatal monitoring, and transitional newborn care.

3. Operating Room (OR) RN – Day Shift
  • Experience Baseline: Minimum of one (1) year of active perioperative / OR nursing experience.

  • Case Mix Complexity: Must be competent or specialized in circulating/scrubbing a diverse range of cases, including General, Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, OB-GYN, and ENT procedures.

4. Medical-Surgical (MS) RN – Day or Night Shift Available

7. Med-Surg / Telemetry (MS/TELE) RN – Day or Night Shift Available

  • Core Competencies: Continuous cardiac rhythm interpretation, telemetry strip analysis, and comprehensive acute clinical care.

Compensation, Incentives & BenefitsPremium Incentive Package
  • Immediate $5,000 Sign-On Bonus: Receive a $5,000 bonus payable directly on your very first paycheck.

  • Additional $10,000 Milestone Retention Bonus: Earn an extra $5,000 payable after 90 days of employment, followed by a final $5,000 payable at your 12-month mark (No repayment structures attached to these sign-on rewards!).

  • Relocation Assistance Available: Fully paid relocation assistance is available to help you move. Note: Relocation assistance requires a one-year commitment to the facility; if you choose to leave before your first year concludes, you will be responsible for paying back the relocation funds.
