Registered Nurse (RN) - Pediatric Home Health

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide direct, one-on-one care for medically fragile children and young adults in their homes. What You'll Do

  • Provide skilled registered nursing care in a home health setting
  • Perform ongoing patient assessments and clinical evaluations
  • Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
  • Deliver care in accordance with physician orders and plan of care
  • Coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Educate patients and family members to support improved outcomes
  • Implement preventive measures to ensure patient safety and quality care
  • Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition

Qualifications Required:

  • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (state of Colorado)
  • Ability to provide care in a home environment
