Registered Nurse (RN) - Pediatric Home Health

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide direct, one-on-one care for medically fragile children and young adults in their homes. At Angels of Care, our nurses are more than clinicians—they are advocates, educators, and partners to families navigating complex care needs. What You'll Do

  • Provide skilled registered nursing care in a home health setting
  • Perform ongoing patient assessments and clinical evaluations
  • Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
  • Deliver care in accordance with physician orders and plan of care
  • Coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Educate patients and family members to support improved outcomes
  • Implement preventive measures to ensure patient safety and quality care
  • Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition

Qualifications Required:

  • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (state of Colorado)
  • Ability to provide care in a home environment
