What You'll Do:
  • Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout assigned Pittsburgh-area communities
  • Develop and manage plans of care in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary partners

  • Complete required documentation (OASIS, visit notes, orders) electronically using a provided laptop
