Your Role:
As a nurse at Lincoln Court, you'll be a vital part of a compassionate team dedicated to enriching the lives of our residents. This is heavily an administrative/clerical nursing position. Your duties will include:
  • Coordinating with resident doctors, home health, and hospice agencies to ensure continuity of care.
  • Managing resident medication orders and resolving errors.
  • Overseeing and tailoring resident care plans to optimize their care.
  • Investigating and submitting resident incident reports.
  • Answering resident's families questions and addressing concerns.
  • Rotating on-call.
Qualifications:
  • Must have an unrestricted RN license valid in the state.
  • Compassionate and caring nature.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills--ability to work strongly as a team.
  • Ability to navigate a computer, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
