We are hiring aRegistered Nurse (RN)for aHome Healthposition providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in the Jackson area. This position is eligible for a $10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year! This role is also eligible for a sign on bonus of $10,000 with payout breakdowns of 25% at 3 months of employment, 25% at 6 months of employment and 50% at 12 months of employment. This results in a total bonus of $20,000.

  • Deliver skilled, patient-centered care in a home health setting, in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team that truly supports you
  • Perform patient assessments, medication management, and care planning

  • Think critically, solve problems in real time, and ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation

RN Qualifications
