Location: North St. Louis County (Florissant, Bellefontaine & nearby areas)
Schedule: Days | Full-Time | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Compensation: $68,640 – $98,280 / year (based on experience and qualifications)
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000

What You'll Do:

  • Transform Lives: Conduct thorough nursing assessments and develop individualized plans of care that align with physician orders and patient goals.
  • Empower Recovery: Deliver skilled nursing services, including wound care, medication management, disease education, and preventive interventions to promote safety and independence at home.
  • Educate and Support: Provide comprehensive education to patients and families on treatment plans, medications, symptom management, and self-care techniques.
  • Drive Progress: Continuously reassess patient status, monitor changes in condition, and adjust the plan of care to maximize outcomes.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless, coordinated care across the continuum.

What You'll Bring:

  • Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (Required).
  • Active Missouri Registered Nurse License or Compact License in good standing (Required).
  • Valid Driver’s License (Required).
  • Registration with the Missouri Family Care Safety Registry (Required).

Schedule & Flexibility:

  • Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
  • Weekend rotation approximately every 4th weekend.
  • 4 to 6 on-call nights per month.
  • Holiday requirements: 2 per year.
  • Primary coverage area includes North St. Louis County, focusing on Florissant, Bellefontaine, and nearby communities.
